We assist the Montenegrin administration in the implementation of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), in the preparation of investment projects and improvement of mechanism for an effective EU accession process.

About the PPF

Main goal of the PPF (Project Preparation Facility) is to support the project preparation and design of feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, environmental impact assessments, as well as all needed relevant documentation in line with the Law on Planning and Construction and EU best practices.
